Presentation Details

Sometimes project managers forget to listen and learn from the stakeholders that are involved across the project lifecycle. Traditional Owner can bring great knowledge of the land and how it was prior to the contaminating activity or what the land maybe used for into the future. Many sites maybe located in close proximity or within culturally significant areas where there is a fine line in balancing project goals and objectives versus protecting the cultural significance of the site. Therefore, why not team up with Traditional Owners during the project to build strength and understanding and to deliver outcomes that are respectful both for the environment but also the stakeholders involved.
