Presentation Details
The Environment Protection framework in Victoria has recently been reformed and we are now in year two of implementation under the Environment Protection Act 2017. The new laws bring a focus on preventing harm and introducing environmental duties to manage risks of harm to human health and the environment. A comprehensive review has been completed looking at contaminated land policy across Victoria. Join DEECA for a panel discussion where we discuss the emerging trends, what traditional owner values mean for contaminated land and climate action.
