​Contaminated land is an emerging industry, with the proliferation of environmental challenges, our industry needs to adapt and evolve rapidly to meet the growing demand and urgency in creating a sustainable future. As with any industry, regulation forms the core of responsible management, and it is the responsibility of all participants of our environment to recognise the shortcomings within our industry and it's regulatory framework, and where appropriate, to seek to promote its improvement, as we are all stakeholders of our futures.
